These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of Anahat(referred as Anahaत) T-shirts through our Shopify website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Introduction
Anahaत is a brand that collaborates with artists to create unique and meaningful products with a thought to contemporise old Indian ideas. For our first collection, we are proud to showcase the powerful artwork of Devdutt Pattanaik, India's leading mythologist.
By accessing and using the Anahaत website (hereinafter referred to as "the Website") and purchasing our products(hereinafter referred to as "the Products"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property
All artworks by Devdutt Pattanaik used in the t-shirts are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of the artworks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Products and Services
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
We offer a variety of T-shirt sizes and styles but availability may vary depending on the design. Sizes are represented in standard sizing conventions. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Anahaत strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the Products on the Website. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions, colours, or other content on the Website.
Orders, Payments and Shipping
To place an order, you must create an account or checkout as a guest. We accept various secure payment methods such as credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI.
Your order will be confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of order confirmation email. Please note that orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday) and may take 2-5 business days for processing and dispatch.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Anahaत will make reasonable efforts to ship the Products within the specified time frame. However, delivery times may vary, and Anahaत is not responsible for any delays or damages during shipping. We manage our delivery through Delhivery. The minimum delivery time from Delhivery is 4 working days, while the maximum delivery time is 8 working days. Based on the pincode this duration can change. You can check their website for the exact order duration to your pincode.
Returns/Refund and Exchanges
We strive for your complete satisfaction with your Anahaत T-shirt. While we regret to inform you that returns/refund are not accepted, we are more than happy to facilitate exchanges. Should you wish to initiate an exchange, kindly reach out to us at care@anahat.co.in within 15 days of receiving the product.
Upon contacting us, we will provide you with clear instructions and a return/refund shipping label for the exchange process. It is important to ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, with the original packaging, and remains unworn and unwashed.
Please note that this policy does not apply to customised products or items purchased under special promotions, as returns, refunds, and exchanges are not applicable in these instances. However, if a legitimate reason for a refund is identified, we will process the refund within 7 days of acknowledging the refund request.

Limitation of Liability
Anahaत acknowledges that Devdutt is the artist behind the illustrations used on the designed t-shirts. Anahaत assumes full responsibility for the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of these t-shirts. Therefore, Anahaत agrees to indemnify and hold Devdutt harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the designed t-shirts. By purchasing or using the t-shirts, customers expressly release Devdutt from any liability and agree that any recourse shall be sought solely against Anahaत.
Privacy Policy
Anahaत is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Personal information collected during the purchase process will be used solely for order fulfilment and will not be shared with third parties without consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad and Secunderabad jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad and Secunderabad jurisdiction.
Modification of Terms:
Anahaत reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms regularly.
